Decision 2003 804 EC 14 November 2003.pdf Completely revised animal health conditions for the import of live molluscs. Establishes requirements for "approved import centres" and import from approved disease free third countries.
Decision 2003 858 EC 21 November 2003.pdf Commission Decision harmonising Community animal health controls for the import of live fish, fish from aquaculture, their gametes and eggs (does not apply to ornamental fish). Limits imports of aquaculture fish and their products to those from authorised third countries with adequate animal health controls; requires that live fish are not introduced to unenclosed waters; products for human consumption must be imported via an approved import centre unless they are eviscerated and/or in consumer ready packs.
